The purpose of this survey is to estimate appraisal fees in the absence of an AMC. Subscribers to the survey results will be given access to the raw data. As a matter of courtesy we will not provide your email address to subscribers . It is quite possible that the data submitted by appraisers will be randomly audited to verify data integrity.
Please invite other appraisers to respond to the survey. It is necessary to have a statistically significant sample for your clients to be able to engage you properly.
Instructions:

- You must be a licensed or certified appraiser in the State(s) in which you submit fee schedules
- You may not be an employee or staff of an AMC or a Lender
