Our reach:

Allterra Group LLC has a comprehensive database of appraisers comprised of postal addresses, phone, fax and email addresses. Residential licensed and certified appraisers are the target population.

In addition to inviting 45,000 appraisers via email, 80,000 appraisers will be notified of the fee survey by a voice broadcast.

Geographic coverage:

There are 3141 counties in the US. We deem it vital to seeking information with respect to market fees in each county. Using regional data may skew results. The Bill calls for “a rate that is customary and reasonable for appraisal services performed in the market area of the property being appraised.Granular information down to the county level is important.

Independence:

Allterra Group LLC is an independent third party. Allterra Group is not an AMC, a Lender, or an Appraisal Company. Allterra Group LLC is not involved in appraisal transactions of any kind.

Survey results:

Raw data will be provided to subscribers of the Survey Results in an Excel format. Allterra Group LLC will not analyze, scrub, modify, or alter results.

Appraisers will not be allowed to anonymously respond to the survey to prevent them from responding multiple times. It also allows for random audits of the survey to be performed. Audits performed by Allterra Group LLC would be part of a separate engagement.
